Accessibility Statement
Tiquo is committed to making its dashboard accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our current conformance level with internationally recognized accessibility standards and how to contact us if you encounter a barrier.
Conformance status
The Tiquo dashboard aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882), EN 301 549 v3.2.1, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III standards, which reference WCAG 2.1 AA as the technical benchmark. Some content or components may only partially conform; known gaps are listed below.
Scope
This statement applies to the authenticated Tiquo dashboard served at app.tiquo.app, including the accessibility statement itself and the feedback form. It does not cover third-party services that Tiquo integrates with, such as Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), or MapLibre tiles, which are each governed by their own accessibility statements.
Known non-conformance
The following components have limited or partial accessibility support. We are actively working to remediate them:
- Complex data visualizations (funnel charts, Sankey diagrams, analytics maps) provide a text-equivalent table fallback, but nuanced trend interpretation may still be easier with sighted review.
- The drag-and-drop email builder and kanban boards offer keyboard-operable move menus (WCAG 2.5.7), but complex multi-block layouts may require assistance for efficient reordering.
- Some legacy text strings in non-English locales are machine-translated and under review; meaning may vary slightly from the English source.

Testing was performed using a combination of automated tooling (axe-core, Lighthouse) and manual keyboard-only, NVDA + Firefox, and VoiceOver + Safari walkthroughs.
Third-party dependencies
- Authentication is provided by Clerk (clerk.com). Clerk publishes its own WCAG 2.1 AA conformance statement.
- Interactive maps are rendered by MapLibre GL. An alternative list-of-locations view is provided wherever a map is used.
- Payment forms are provided by Stripe. Stripe publishes its own WCAG 2.1 AA conformance statement.
